9 days The treasures of Sousse, Anti-Atlas & the southern Atlantic coast
On this tour you will discover the Souss region and learn the big drafty Berber culture and their knowfirst hand. Here you can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Anti-Atlas with huge rock formations, pristine beaches, secluded coves and high cliffs on the Atlantic coast.
Day 1: Marrakech (arrival)
In the airport you will be met by your guide and driver who will drive you to your Riad. Depending on the time of arrival is possible to do first visits.
Day 2: Marrakech (visits)
With our guide you will visit in the morning the old medina of Marrakech with its many attractions: The Koutubia mosque, the huge square Jamaa el Fna, the colorful souks with their oriental scents that over 400 years old madrasa “Ben Youssef” and the Museum of Marrakech. The afternoon is at your leisure. You may want to visit one of the many exotic gardens, relax in a traditional Hammam steam bath or visit the famous Bahia Palace, a former palace of the Grand Vizier with wonderful oriental decoration. Group dinner in a typical Moroccan restaurant in the old town.
Day 3: Marrakech – Asni – Taroudant (250 km)
After the thousand and one night stay start your tour to Taroudant. Take a very nice track, to the High Atlas many small Berber villages, where it is worth several times to stop. Short afternoon you arrive Taroudant, the ancient capital of Sousse reminded through the beautiful city walls and lively souks and wonderful with her extensive product range very strongly to her big sister Marrakech. Day 4: Taroudant – AitBaha – Tafraoute (170 km)
Today the journey goes deeper into the Anti-Atlas and Souss in the culture AitBaha. In the afternoon you will arrive at Tafraoute. The small town is located in the center of the Ammeln region at around 1000 meters altitude in the western Anti-Atlas. Day 5: Tafraoute – Sidi Ifni (180 km)

Day 7: Agadir – Essaouira (175 km)

Day 8: Essaouira (stay)
